I spent my early career getting good at marketing, and I always had an entrepreneurial itch. At Blip I got to use all of it — a team of ten-plus marketers and more than $3M a year in paid spend. Then I helped start the PPA Tour, where marketing acumen turned into business acumen: projections, tech stack, hiring, company structure, and a $200M+ raise from Apollo Sports Capital. Today I bring that operating experience to other companies — cutting cost, getting more out of the people you already have, and lifting marketing and customer support.

Employee number one, and still here. I've run marketing more than once, plus tour logistics and sales — and I built the business underneath it: projections, tech stack, tax and financial prep, hiring, company structure, acquisition readiness, and a $200M+ raise from Apollo Sports Capital.

We build the systems that run a company: financial automation, internal tooling, reporting, and document handling that nobody has to babysit. It usually starts with AI and custom software. What it delivers is a 40%+ lift in efficiency, real money saved, more from the team you already have, and marketing and support that finally keep up.
walkthrulabs.comThe small-business play: member management, customer software, and day-to-day efficiency for gyms, yoga and golf, brick-and-mortar shops, and the trades — construction, electricians, and every crew still running on paper.
usecinch.comI joined the PPA Tour before most people could say "dink" with a straight face. Since then the tour has run more than a hundred events, merged worlds with Major League Pickleball, and put pro pickleball in front of a million-plus viewers on network television. I've had my hands on the digital side of all of it.
The company dashboard. Every metric, tool, objective, and employee task in one place — and underneath it, transactions matched to travel receipts automatically, trips planned, and a clean financial picture with growth models on top. The tour used to reconstruct all of that by hand.
Company knowledge scattered across Drive, Dropbox, and Box, and nobody can find anything. We connect the sources, read the documents, and put answers where the work happens. The filing cabinet stops being someone's job.

Employee number one. Ran marketing more than once, plus logistics and sales — then built the business underneath: projections, tech stack, tax and financial prep, hiring, company structure, acquisition readiness, and a $200M+ raise from Apollo Sports Capital.
Where everything I'd learned about marketing finally ran at full size. Built and led a team of ten-plus marketers on $3M+ a year in paid spend, and helped grow Blip through its expansion years.
Web, growth, and marketing-systems roles across enterprise SaaS, education, and financial services — Bay Area and Utah. Deep hands-on work in HubSpot CMS, analytics, and demand generation.
Led the enterprise site redesign after the Attachmate acquisition of Novell — my first big swing at shipping web at scale.
Plus professional working Spanish, and a long-held belief that small teams beat big ones.
One life vest is safety. Nine is a subscription problem. Most companies I meet are wearing nine and calling it an operating system — paying monthly for tools that overlap, arguing with software they already own, and keying the same numbers into three of them.
Usually the fix isn't another tool. It's taking a few off.
We travel every chance we get, though I do put up a fight about how many of those trips need to be Disney. I golf, and I've started dragging my boys out with me. Weekends belong to my daughter's soccer team. And we're all working hard to keep the three-year-old, Lennon, from running the place.
We go through a Costco block of Tillamook a week. I don't have a good explanation for that one.
Email is fastest. I read everything and answer within a business day.
